2. Scope

This policy covers digital educational products, multi-week programs, challenges, and fee-based consulting sessions. Physical goods, if offered, include additional return shipping rules communicated at checkout.

3. Digital Educational Products

Downloadable guides and recipe collections may be refunded within fourteen days of purchase if you have not downloaded files or have downloaded but report a technical defect we cannot resolve within five business days. Provide your order number and purchase email when requesting review.

Because digital files can be copied, we may deny refunds when access logs show extensive download activity inconsistent with a good-faith trial.

4. Programs and Challenges

Structured programs include a seven-day cooling-off period from the start date listed in your confirmation email. Cancel within this window for a full refund minus payment processor fees not exceeding five percent of the purchase price.

After the cooling-off period, partial refunds may be available if fewer than twenty-five percent of modules were accessed and you submit a written reason via our contact form. We evaluate requests individually and respond within ten business days.

5. Consulting and Personalized Plans

Single-session consulting fees are refundable if cancellation occurs at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments without notice are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at our discretion.

Multi-week personalized plans follow the program rules in Section 4. Unused sessions are not convertible to cash after plan completion.

Residents of the United States receive the refund terms above. State laws may provide additional protections; nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under New York or your home state consumer protection statutes.

New York customers may contact the New York State Attorney General consumer helpline for guidance. California residents may use the California Department of Consumer Affairs resources. We resolve disputes in good faith before escalation.

7. EU and International Consumer Rights

Consumers in the European Union may have statutory withdrawal rights for distance contracts. For digital content delivered immediately with your express consent, you acknowledge that withdrawal rights may lapse once delivery begins. We provide clear checkout acknowledgments where required.
